Due to the nature of products, we do not accept returns on products unless there is a quality issue. If the product you received is defective or has quality issues, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the date of delivery.

2. Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your purchase before it is shipped and receive a full refund.
For the purchase of customized products, customers can cancel their order before the purchased product is produced. This means that if the custom order has been processed and produced, we will not be able to cancel or change it. You can send an email to our customer service team to check the status of your order.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours via the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, it may take 3 business days for the bank to process the refund.
